RECOVER UR MMC PASSWORD

I can't mention the source of this trick !! since i found this one in my text files, don't even remember when i created that file. trick works fine. all you need is Fexplorer or Seleq 1.6x+ . open the file manager, and open the C: in it !! Then search for MMCSTORE , using find option in file manager. open the file in text format. (to make this you can make its extension to .txt then you can read it.)

yes it contains your password !!
Remember once the phone is formatted the Password is lost. and hence the card too !

Solution : "show hidden files" Not working

Solution: 1. Go to your Start menu, click on Run and open up your Registry Editor by typing "regedit" without the quotes and pressing OK.

2. Once there go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folde r\Hidden\SHOWALL

3. Delete the value CheckedValue. (Its type should be REG_SZ and data should be 0 or 1.)

4. Create a new DWORD value called CheckedValue (same as above, except that the type is REG_DWORD) by right clicking on the right pane->New->DWORD Value. Modify the value data to 1 (0x00000001).

Tweak Gtalk With Registry

This Post is about the extra "features" Google implemented in Gtalk and has not said much about.
As this is Registry Trick do remember to backup the Registry.

You can edit most settings by opening regedit (start ---> regedit), and navigating to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Talk. The "Google/Google Talk" key has several sub-keys that hold different option values:
Accounts: This one has subkeys for each different account that has logged in on the client. These keys have different values that store the username, password and connection options.
Autoupdate: Stores the current version information. When the client checks for updates it compares Google's response with these values. If an update is needed, it will download and update the new version.
Options: This is the most interesting part, where most of the current hacks should be used (keep reading).
Process: Stores the process ID. Probably used by Google Talk to detect if it's already running or not.
1.) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Talk\Options\show_pin
If 1, shows a "pin" next to the minimize button that keeps the windows on top of all the other open windows when clicked.
2.) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Talk\Options\view_show_taskbutton
If 0, hides the taskbar button, and leaves the tray icon only, when the window is shown
3.) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Talk\Options\away_inactive
If 1, status will be set as Away after the specified number of minutes.
4.) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Talk\Options\away_screensaver
If 1, status will be set as Away after the specified number of minutes.
5.) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Talk\Options\inactive_minutes
Number of inactive minutes to become away if auto-away is on.

Delaying booting in Vista

Actually I setted my PC for my parents, I am having a Vista and XP in Dual boot and UBUNTU on another HDD, Well Dual Boot gives only 30 Seconds to select the OS. but my dad being in old age, he is unable to select the XP and most of the time they boots into Vista !! So the Trick i found on Chip India is as follows :


Where there are multiple versions of windows installed, the Boot Menu is displayed for 30 seconds, giving time to the user to choose the OS, after which the computer boots into the default OS. You can also customize the time-out value, either through the Boot.ini file or through bcdedit. In Vista, you can use BCDEdit, to change the default boot menu time-out value.

In earlier versions on Windows like XP, the Boot Menu Timeout was from 0 to 9999 seconds. A figure' -1' was also permitted, meaning that the machine would not boot unless and until the User made a choice.
In Vista, through msconfig, users can enter a value between 3 and 999 seconds only. The -1 value has been removed in Vista. But Raymond Chen, a developer on Microsoft's Windows Shell team, has pointed out a way where, one can actually go to maximum of 11,059,200 seconds for the Boot Menu Timeout.

To do it, launch cmd with elevated privileges and enter

bcdedit /timeout 11000000

This will bypass the limitations of msconfig and set the Boot Menu Timeout to 11 million seconds or around 128 days or around 4 months. This is too long time.

Well mates Making Kaspersky working for you is great !! I personally love Kaspersky Antivirus but being an student I don't want my parents to pay me for an antivirus software. Heres one Registry trick i Found on Paras Wadher's Blog , it works like charm !!

Step to crack :
1- go To ( Start ) then ( Run )

2- Type ( regedit ) and press ( OK )

3- Go To ( HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\......\AVP&7 or AVP6\Data ) & Right Click On ( Data ) & Choose ( Permissions )

4- Choose ( Advanced ) From The ( Permissions For Data ) New Window Opened

5- In ( Advanced Security Settings for Data ) Window .. There is a sentence which begin with ( Inherit from parent ... ) click on the nike or check mark to remove it

6- After Removing the check or nike mark you will get a new message .. choose from it ( Remove )

7- Then in ( Advanced Security Settings for Data ) click on ( Apply )

8- After Clicking Apply you will get a new message choose ( Yes )

9- After That Press ( OK ) In ( Advanced Security Settings for Data )

10- After That .. Press ( OK ) In ( Permissions For Data )

11- After That Make An ( Exit ) For ( KasperSky ) .. & Run It Again

12- You Will Notice That The Kaspersky Icon Is Not ( RED ) But Its ( GRAY ) Which means that the program is not activated

13- But if you opened it you will see al things are working perfect 100% Working

What Happened To The Program After These Steps ?

- You Will update the kaspersky database manually ... no automatic updates

- thw windows security centre will tell you that the firewall or\and antivirus is not working ... bec you made the kasper seemed unactiviated

Microsoft Word Trick 1

Create Table Without mouse and Menu !!
Yes this may here starnge but this trick works well.

Type the content (+——+——-+——+) in Microsoft Word and press Enter with out paranthesis. One row of a table will be created and for more rows you can press TAB.

Step 1:

Step 2: (After pressing Enter having the cursor at the last ‘+’ Result will be Table of single row is created)

Step 3: (press TAB to create more Rows)

here ' + ' represents the column borders and ' – ' represents the length of the each column.

Secure Text in Image

Little Bondgiri is here!! this trick is seen long back posting lately. sorry for that.

Requirement :
1. text file (Somename.txt) containing your message.
2. Image file(somename.jpg) just your normal Picture file!!

Procedure :
well if you know little about DOS commands then this is nothing new for you!!

put both the file into some Empty Directory(JUst for sake of simplicity) on C drive
goto that directory path. and command

copy /b somename.jpg+somename.txt somenewname.jpg
hit enter.

Congratulation you have done it!!
now just open the new file(somenewname.jpg) in you image Viewer it will looks same as original no difference.
now just open the new file(somenewname.jpg) in Notepad(I know you will fill strange opening image in Text editor)
Well Lots cris cross letter simbols are there. don't Worry about them.
Simply go to end of file!! Did Bell will Rang your head!!
the Somename.txt content is available at the end of new file.

Explaination of above command:
well copy is copy command in DOS which copies two files in Binary mode. and creates new file.
here sequence of jpg+text is important to create new bmp file.

Thats all. your Love letter is pretty secure from your GF's Brother/ father. Well if she know how to read that message then you get some point.

* First start a movie in any player.

* Then open Paint.

* Now, in the player when the movie is being played, press "Print screen" button on your key board.

* Now, Press ctrl+v in Paint

* Leave the movie player open and don't minimize it.

* Open Paint now and se the movie in the Paint!

Stop Windows XP from Cache thumbnail?

Windows XP keeps a thumbnail cache of images on your machine. However, if
these images change frequently, the OS might not always update the
cache file, and thus display the wrong thumbnail. For the same reason,
you might simply want to prevent the OS from creating the cache file
(i.e., thumbs.db) altogether. To stop the OS from maintaining the
cache file, perform the following steps:
1. Start a registry editor (e.g., regedit.exe).
2. Navigate to the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
registry subkey.
3. Double-click the DisableThumbnailCache value or create this
value of type DWORD if it doesn't exist.
4. Set the value to 1, then click OK.
5. Close the registry editor.
6. Log off and log on for the change to take effect.

Huh!!! Little hard to workout??
simpler way --> Open My Computer --> Tools Menu --> Folder Option --> View Tab -->Advance Setting

Check mark "Do not Cache Thumbnails"

Done!!!

Insert your Name in Taskbar

Hey its a very cool trick u can amaze u r friends and relatives by inserting your name on the bottom right task-bar. Follow the instructions bellow:

Open Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Customize ->Time
here you can see A.M. and P.M. change it with u r name. Thats it.

Remove Programs from the Add or Remove Programs

Some junk programs make you Delete manually, but on deletion the entry remains in Add or Remove program list.
heres a solution to it.

***Registry editing is Dangerous. Always have backup of your registry before editing.

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedt32, and then click OK.
3. In Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
4. In the left pane, click the Uninstall registry key, and then click Export on the File menu.
5. In the Export Registry File dialog box that appears, click Desktop in the Save in list, type uninstall in the File name box, and then click Save.
6. Each key listed under Uninstall in the left pane of Registry Editor represents a program that is displayed in the Currently installed programs list of the Add or Remove Programs tool. To determine which program that each key represents, click the key, and then view the following values in the details pane on the right:
DisplayName: The value data for the DisplayName key is the name that is listed in Add or Remove Programs.

-and-

UninstallString: The value data for the UninstallString key is the program that is used to uninstall the program.
7. After you identify the registry key that represents the program that you removed but which is still displayed in the Currently installed programs list of Add or Remove Programs, right-click the key in the left pane of the Registry Editor window, and then click Delete.

Click Yes in response to the "Are you sure you want to delete this key and all of its subkeys?" message.
8. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.
9. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.

In the Currently installed programs list, verify that the program whose registry key you deleted is no longer listed.

Orkut on opera

Few days ago I face that i am unable to view scrap of my scrapbook through Opera Mini 3.1 later i checked thru Opera Mobile8.65 same happened there. i was in a journey so i went to nearby Netcafe, as my early reader know i'm Firefox lover,
Due to unavailability of Firefox i used opera. same hell happened. So at last i opened IE6. scrapbook was fine. Later i asked my Orkut friends to check this same they told. I reported it to Orkut. according to orkut any browser with cookies on can be used to view Orkut. Opera desktop 7+ are supported.
Still no reply from orkut support regarding issue(rather than thank you for your support ............)

Then i checked for Opera Support forum. What i found is this :

For opera Desktop( little Setup you have to do.) :
Open Orkut Web Page
Right click page > Edit site preferences > Display tab > Uncheck Enable inline frames


For opera Mini users(Not told by opera) : use t9space.com( Non google service)(though looks are some what weired but works)

That He/She is using older system firefox2.0.0.2 Was working great on his/her system But firefox developers don't sit silent they keep upgrading Firefox. as i upgrade my Firefox Version to 2.0.0.3
i was unable to work efficiently, may due to my lower configuration Any solution???

Here goes yours :
1. Enter the Configuration panel of firefox by about:config in address-bar .
2. Search and Set
browser.cache.disk.capacity to 3/4 th of existing value.
3.Search and set
browser.cache.memory.capacity to 3/4 th of existing value.
4. Restart you firefox. and you will have enough speed from your system to play with firefox.

Explanation :
Actually browser.cache.memory.capacity and browser.cache.Disk.capacity are the parameters that specify number of memory should be given to the Firefox While Execution. So setting it to lower value reduces load on the RAM and you work faster with your lovely Browser.

Lock the Folder Manually.

If you are Bored of those folder hiding software then you must try this out.
this is your own folder hiding/Locking system Created by you.

Heres What you need :
Some common Sense and a very little knowledge of DOS Commands.

How to do it :
You have to create Two files and the folder to lock.

lets say Folders name is "asd"

File1. Lock.bat ---This file will lock the folder.
GoTo Notepad, Enter the following command

ren asd asd.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

Save the file with "lock.bat"

File2. Unlock.bat ---This file will Unlock the Folder.
GoTo Notepad, Enter the following command

ren asd.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} asd

Save the file with "unlock.bat"

Done you have created your personal Hiding/Locking Software.
Using it :
Say you have your "ASD" Folder in d: drive, Copy these two files in the same parent path of directory. Now to Lock Simply Double click "Lock.bat" Folder is locked Now.
Try opening it now.
"uuuhhh!!! i am redirected to Control panel !!" thats what you are going to say.
now double Click "Unlock.Bat" to make your folder normal.

Getting Deeper In it :
AS you can see this is the only game of One-Line Command, "ren" is used to rename the folder. Ren require two names, first old name and second Old name.
Now you might be wondering changing folder name is simpler but whats the numbers in braces???
number in braces is Nothing but the CLSID (Class ID) of Control panel in Windows("Don't take your hand towards brain") they are in your computer. heres the list of other CLSID in your computer.
