Changing Router Password !!

Don't worry friends , this is not any tedious task. Following is the way

Login to the Modem \ Router,
Your Modem IP is 192.168.1.1 for lan \ ethernet users (put 192.168.1.1 into IE or FIREFOX URL bar)
for USB users type 192.168.1.2 in URL bar.
login by admin user name and admin password . [ by default it is admin ]
to change the username or password
and search for the "Change Password" Option there!
after it reboot the modem .

Creating your Own Run command.

If you love keyboard more than mouse(only because of speed ) then you must know this basic trick to optimize the performance of yours.
Heres how :

1. Simply enter to \Windows

2. There create New ShortCut.
this shortcut is for the program you wish.
and the name of the shortcut is the Command you want to enter in RUN.

Thats all.
Try it now.
Njoy.

Make Firefox Work Faster

actually for any given software, the moment you manage to master it, a new version appears. and your system remain the same. i saw one anonymous comment at Boost speed of firefox
That He/She is using older system firefox2.0.0.2 Was working great on his/her system But firefox developers don't sit silent they keep upgrading Firefox. as i upgrade my Firefox Version to 2.0.0.3
i was unable to work efficiently, may due to my lower configuration Any solution???

Here goes yours :
1. Enter the Configuration panel of firefox by about:config in address-bar .
2. Search and Set
browser.cache.disk.capacity to 3/4 th of existing value.
3.Search and set
browser.cache.memory.capacity to 3/4 th of existing value.
4. Restart you firefox. and you will have enough speed from your system to play with firefox.

Explanation :
Actually browser.cache.memory.capacity and browser.cache.Disk.capacity are the parameters that specify number of memory should be given to the Firefox While Execution. So setting it to lower value reduces load on the RAM and you work faster with your lovely Browser.

Lock the Folder Manually.

If you are Bored of those folder hiding software then you must try this out.
this is your own folder hiding/Locking system Created by you.

Heres What you need :
Some common Sense and a very little knowledge of DOS Commands.

How to do it :
You have to create Two files and the folder to lock.

lets say Folders name is "asd"

File1. Lock.bat ---This file will lock the folder.
GoTo Notepad, Enter the following command

ren asd asd.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

Save the file with "lock.bat"

File2. Unlock.bat ---This file will Unlock the Folder.
GoTo Notepad, Enter the following command

ren asd.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} asd

Save the file with "unlock.bat"

Done you have created your personal Hiding/Locking Software.
Using it :
Say you have your "ASD" Folder in d: drive, Copy these two files in the same parent path of directory. Now to Lock Simply Double click "Lock.bat" Folder is locked Now.
Try opening it now.
"uuuhhh!!! i am redirected to Control panel !!" thats what you are going to say.
now double Click "Unlock.Bat" to make your folder normal.

Getting Deeper In it :
AS you can see this is the only game of One-Line Command, "ren" is used to rename the folder. Ren require two names, first old name and second Old name.
Now you might be wondering changing folder name is simpler but whats the numbers in braces???
number in braces is Nothing but the CLSID (Class ID) of Control panel in Windows("Don't take your hand towards brain") they are in your computer. heres the list of other CLSID in your computer.

This has some flaws:
***You have to Maintain the Lock and unlock Files
***Anyone can access your private folder if He/She has the Unlock File, So You have To preserve Unlock File Safer than all.
***Biggest Unix / DOS are preliminary OS, by using those it can be cracked.


Again you have to be creative, Your Ideas always helps you. you can use Hiding a folder and this trick Combined to make more innovative steps.

Display legal notice on windows startup

Wanna tell your children's(relatives) about the dos and don't in your computer when they use your Windows in your absence. You can displaying a legal notice at system start up.

heres How to do it "
Start -->RUN ---> REGEDIT

Then traverse the registry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system]
then Edit these

Hurdle in "Say No to NoFollow" In New Blogger

This is my first post for Blogging tips and tricks As we know all weblogs and site are valued by search Engines. Links are the king Costing in Search Engine.

What is NOFOLLOW
NoFollow is an attribute that tells Search Engine Bot whether to Crawl the link on the page or not.

Where it is used??
In Blogger, see blog html code Where there is a link, this attribute is used.

Why NoFollow is used??
The New Blogger have added a feature NoFollow attribute into the template to prevent hyperlinks in the Comments section from being followed by search Engine. This is to discourage spammers from posting spam comments in blogger blog.

Why DoFollow then??
DoFollow is simply opposite of NoFollow.
Blogosphere assume that Commentators should be rewarded for there great opinion.
so this will simply allow the backlink to commentator.

If We Use DOFOLLOW then what about spammers??
Blogger new is really a tweaky one. you can moderate the comment according to your choice.

How to use DOFOLLOW ??
Go to your blog HTML , Expand widget and the nsearch for following code

replace the NoFollow by Dofollow, or simply delete Nofollow.

How to know whether blog is DoFollow supported or not??
People are link hungry so people like to get link by commenting. Some people adviced me that there is a firefox addon to indicate Dofollow one. Or some peoples mention it.

What is Hurdle??
As we are using blogger new - Google service , we are logged in automatically to our blogger profile and while commenting we comment via our profile. So link as author url come to be some blogger profile url. this increases link for blogger.(already have plenty links)

Solution :
Always Sellect "Other" optin while Commenting and Enter the desired name and Url.
Annonymous post can be moderated later.
