Wanna tell your children's(relatives) about the dos and don't in your computer when they use your Windows in your absence. You can displaying a legal notice at system start up.
heres How to do it "
Start -->RUN ---> REGEDIT
Then traverse the registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system]
then Edit these
"LegalNoticeCaption"="enter your notice caption to show"
"LegalNoticeText"="enter your legal notice text to show"
Simple one, i tried it on Windows XP Service Pack2
yet to try on Windows Vista
